When you sign up, you start a 14-day free trial with full Pro features — unlimited projects, all reports, everything. A credit card is required to start your trial via Paddle. You won't be charged until the trial ends and you choose a plan.

At the end of your trial, your account moves to whichever plan you selected. If you haven't selected a plan, your account automatically downgrades to Starter (up to 3 active projects). You won't lose any data — you just won't be able to create new projects above your plan limit.

Yes. Cancel through the billing portal linked in your Paddle receipt email, or from Settings → Subscription in the app. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No penalties, no questions.

No. Clients access their project portal via a magic link sent to their email — no sign-up form, no password, no app to install. They click the link and land straight in their project.

Zolvd doesn't process client payments. Instead, it generates a professional payment instruction page with your banking details and a unique order reference. Your client pays you directly via EFT (bank transfer). You then confirm receipt in the app, which moves the project forward automatically.

Zolvd supports 25+ currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, ZAR, AUD, CAD, and more. Set your default currency under Settings → Profile. Each project inherits your default but can be changed per project.

It depends on your plan. Starter allows up to 3 active projects, Growth allows up to 10, and Pro is unlimited. Active means any project not yet closed or archived.

Yes. All data is stored in Supabase with row-level security — your data is completely isolated from other users. Banking details are encrypted at rest and never returned in any API response. The platform is hosted on Vercel with HTTPS enforced.

Zolvd is designed for service professionals, not tech teams. If you can send an email, you can use Zolvd. The workflow follows the natural order of how a project actually runs — there's nothing to configure before you can start.

Start with the free trial — it includes everything regardless of plan. After that, choose based on how many active projects you typically run at once: Starter (1–3), Growth (up to 10), or Pro (unlimited). You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
